Our Story
In 2008, Greg Farrington and Boris Onefater transformed an industry with Constellation Advisers, setting a new gold standard in institutional back-office services. Over 12 remarkable years, the firm expanded its footprint to over 500 global clients and cultivated a team of 120 professionals spread across six U.S. locations.
Pivoting with the inception of Stable Rock, Greg and Boris now extend their unparalleled expertise to work with small to medium-sized commercial businesses outside of the investment management sector, that they previously serviced.
They envision Stable Rock not just as a service provider but as a platform that will serve as a catalyst for business growth and operational excellence.

Meet the Founders
Boris Onefator, CPA
Boris brings over 35 years of expertise in business, accounting, and finance, having held pivotal roles from Partner and National Director at Deloitte to CEO, COO, and CFO of a $20 billion investment management firm. His leadership prowess is evident in his recent venture, Constellation Advisers LLC, which saw a remarkable 30%+ annual growth. This venture culminated in its successful sale to a private equity firm and, subsequently, to a strategic buyer, delivering significant value to all involved.
Boris has been a guiding force for numerous public and private entities as a strategic advisor and Board Member. He earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from NYU and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Additionally, he co-founded the Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA).
Greg Farrington
Greg’s experience in outsourcing and business infrastructure spans a 22+ year management consulting career. Greg co-founded Constellation Advisers LLC, a global firm with 120+ professionals serving 500 clients. His leadership prowess is evident in his recent venture, Constellation Advisers LLC, which saw a remarkable 30%+ annual growth. This venture recently culminated in a significant exit benefiting partners and investors alike. Greg's expertise encompasses business outsourcing, due diligence, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial infrastructure.
Before this, he was a key member in the Investment Management Consulting Department at Deloitte. As a dedicated board member, Greg emphasizes governance and infrastructure in various organizations. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario, majoring in Economics and Finance. Additionally, he co-founded the Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA).

Stable Rock Services LLC (“Stable Rock Services”) has purchased the non-attest business of Rosenberg & Chesnov CPA’s LLP (“Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs”). Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs and Stable Rock Services now practice in an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable law, regulations and professional standards. Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs remains a licensed independent CPA firm that provides audit and other attest services to clients. Stable Rock Services and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rosenberg Chesnov Advisors LLC (“Rosenberg Chesnov Advisors”), neither of which is a licensed CPA firm, provides tax, advisory, and consulting services to clients. Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs, pursuant to an administrative services agreement (“ASA”) with Stable Rock Services, will lease professional and administrative staff, both of which are employed by Stable Rock Services, to support Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs’ performance of those engagements. These leased individuals will be under the direct control and supervision of Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs, which is solely responsible for the professional performance of audit and attest engagements.
