Professional Background
Wanda Woodman, CPA is a Director on Stable Rock’s Accounting & CFO Services team with more than 25 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments. She has extensive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operations, and complex investment structures, with a focus on private equity funds, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and management company operations. Wanda brings deep expertise in fund and SPV reporting, capital calls and distributions, management fee calculations, expense allocations, partnership allocations, carried interest, and financial statement preparation and review. She has worked extensively with third-party fund administrators and external auditors to support accurate financial reporting, maintain effective controls, and improve accounting processes across complex fund structures.
Prior to joining Stable Rock, Wanda was a Director at Windstream Partners, providing outsourced CFO and Controller services to alternative investment managers. Before that, she spent more than 24 years at Thomas H. Lee Partners, most recently serving as Controller, where she was responsible for fund and SPV accounting and reporting and oversight of third-party fund administrators. Wanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
