Professional Background

Victoria Mansilla is a Customer Service Representative on Stable Rock’s Insurance Agency Services team. She brings a multidisciplinary background in industrial engineering, commercial operations, and business intelligence, with experience spanning operations, data analysis, and process optimization across the fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”) and insurance industries.

In her current role, Victoria manages Certificates of Insurance, endorsement verification, and compliance-related documentation for insureds, carriers, and third-party stakeholders. She supports core insurance operations through documentation management and coordination in a dynamic remote environment, while also contributing to the implementation and testing of AI-driven tools designed to improve operational efficiency and reduce processing time.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Victoria worked in the FMCG sector in demand planning and commercial analysis roles. She supported Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, contributed to cross-functional strategic initiatives, and developed KPI reporting solutions using Power BI. Her experience includes business performance analysis, workflow optimization, and enabling data-driven decision-making across both commercial and operational teams. She is recognized for her analytical mindset, adaptability, and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Bolivian Catholic University and has completed certifications in Advanced Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, Sales & Marketing, and SAP IBP.

Rock-Solid Outside Of Work

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family. She also has a passion for being outside, adventure activities, and animal rescue initiatives, particularly those focused on helping stray cats and dogs.
