Tracy Montenegro is a Tier 2 Support Engineer with Stable Rock’s Technology Services, with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, particularly in solution engineering, leadership, sales, IT support and systems administration. He specializes in providing world-class customer and technical support services with a focus on making tech available for everyone.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Tracy drove large sales and technical support teams at Apple Retail across New York City. He is recognized for his strong technical knowledge, empathetic leadership and obsession over the customer experience. Tracy also previously worked as a licensed Patent & Trademark Attorney in New York and California.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

Tracy is originally from Southern California, now living in New York for the last 20 years. Outside of work, Tracy loves hiking with his family, playing soccer with his son, dancing with his daughter, and watching movies with his wife. Tracy also has a passion for writing and enjoys reading, particularly historical fiction and biographies.
