Professional Background

Teng Lin is a Tier 2 Support Engineer on Stable Rock's Technology Services team, where he delivers technical support and manages IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system performance for clients. He specializes in diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues, maintaining cloud environments, and implementing security best practices to keep systems secure and efficient.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Teng held IT analysis roles at a midsized laboratory, supporting diverse technical operations. He is recognized for his ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve challenges, streamline IT processes, and provide responsive, high-quality service to end users.

Teng holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University, New York. He is a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and an Apple Certified Support Professional.
