Rachel is the Director of Human Resources for Stable Rock Solutions, bringing over ten years of diverse Human Resources experience to the team. Most recently, she served as a Senior HR Manager in the financial and investor services industry in Dallas, TX. During her 7 years in this role, she played a key part in the integration of five separate entities into a unified global organization as part of a complex M&A process. Her career spans multiple industries, with expertise in onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, and performance management. At Stable Rock, Rachel focuses on fostering a collaborative culture and optimizing talent development and recruiting initiatives.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle/Secondary Education from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Rachel loves to travel the world with family and friends, always on the hunt for the best new restaurants to try. Originally from the Detroit suburbs, she's a proud University of Michigan fan, thanks to her Wolverine-obsessed husband. Rachel is already counting down the days to college football season. Go Blue!
