Professional Background

Nik D'Souza is a Senior Manager of Technology and Infrastructure, where he oversees core infrastructure, systems reliability, and enterprise technology operations. He ensures the firm's technical environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Before joining Stable Rock in January 2024, Nik held technical leadership and Systems Engineer roles across both corporate and high-volume operational environments. His experience includes serving as a Windows Systems Engineer at FreshDirect and earlier roles at Constellation Advisers supporting large user groups and mission-critical systems. He is recognized for his hands-on problem solving, collaborative approach, and ability to strengthen and modernize complex environments.

Nik holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New Jersey City University.
