She brings more than a decade of combined experience in accounting, financial compliance, and legal–administrative support across the healthcare, technology, and professional services industries.

Prior to her current role, Kateryna served in progressive accounting positions at several medical centers and private firms, including roles as Accounting Department Manager and Assistant Accountant. She also held legal and financial advisory roles earlier in her career, supporting large taxpayers and corporate entities. She is recognized for her precision, cross-functional financial expertise, and ability to optimize accounting workflows in fast-paced environments.

Her technical strengths include bookkeeping system management, asset and sales tracking, financial reporting support, multi-system integration, and process improvement. She is also experienced in client systems including GlobalPay, OpenEdge, and ConnectWise.
