Joseph Leano is a Manager on Stable Rock’s Regulatory & Compliance team, bringing four years of experience in the alternative assets industry. He supports investment advisers in developing and maintaining effective compliance programs, with experience serving hedge funds, private equity firms, and wealth managers.
Prior to joining Stable Rock, Joseph held roles at IQ-EQ and ACA Group, where he supported clients across the investment management industry and gained experience addressing the compliance needs of a variety of investment advisory businesses. He is recognized for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to helping advisers navigate complex regulatory and operational requirements.
His professional strengths include investment adviser compliance support, alternative asset management, regulatory research, compliance program administration, and client service.
Joseph graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
