Professional Background

Jonathan Mitchell is the Customer Success Manager on Stable Rock's Technology Services team, helping customers have the best experience possible with the many services and devices necessary to operate a modern company.

Jonathan has worked in various IT disciplines since 2011, following a 4-year stint at Apple Fifth Avenue where he worked with several other current Stable Rock colleagues. He has spent extensive time in the Mobile Device Management space, obtaining certifications in Jamf as well as projects for Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, Meraki Systems Manager, WorkspaceOne, and Addigy. He currently works directly with clients, assisting with project planning and business goals for the coming years.

Jonathan holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Jamestown Community College. He is Jamf Certified across levels 100, 200, and 300.

Rock-Solid Outside Of Work

When not using computers at work, Jonathan can be found using computers at home. He enjoys spending time with his family, all things gaming, and attending seasonal mechanical keyboard meetups in the NYC area. Jonathan currently resides in Queens, the borough of dreams.
