Jennifer Cicci is a Manager on Stable Rock's Accounting & CFO Services team, bringing more than 15 years of experience across public accounting, audit leadership, and advisory work. She specializes in helping startups and emerging organizations build scalable, GAAP-focused financial systems that support strong decision-making, operational discipline, and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Jennifer served as a Senior Audit Manager with the Illinois Office of the Auditor General and held consulting leadership roles at Crowe LLP, advising state agencies on audit compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. She is recognized for combining technical excellence with genuine client engagement—acting as a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams while strengthening financial clarity and controls.

Jennifer's expertise includes GAAP-based financial reporting, month-end close leadership, and building forecasting and budgeting processes that support planning and execution. She is highly skilled in developing board- and executive-level reporting that translates complex financial information into clear insights, and she brings strong experience in audit planning and compliance. Throughout her work, Jennifer is known for designing scalable accounting systems and controls that improve accuracy, strengthen discipline, and position organizations to grow.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois.

Rock-Solid Outside Of Work

Outside of work, Jen's greatest joy is her family. A proud wife of a firefighter and mom of four active kids, she and her husband spend most nights and weekends running carpools, cheering from the sidelines, and soaking up the energy that comes with supporting the community around them.
