Jason Donner is a Director, Talent Acquisition at Stable Rock, where he leads the firm’s talent acquisition efforts and partners with leadership to build and scale the recruitment function as the organization continues to grow.
Jason brings more than 15 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, with expertise in developing recruitment strategies, building high-performing teams, and partnering with business leaders to identify and attract top talent. His experience spans a wide range of industries and functions, with particular expertise in Corporate Accounting & Finance. Prior to joining Stable Rock, Jason spent nearly seven years with Michael Page, where he most recently served as a Senior Manager overseeing corporate recruitment and leading a team of recruiters. He later launched his own recruiting practice, partnering with organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to established businesses on their hiring needs and broader talent strategies.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Accounting and Finance from Bentley College.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his daughter, especially on anything creative or art-related. He is an avid New York sports fan, cheering on the Giants, Yankees, and Knicks, and a lifelong music enthusiast who enjoys all genres.
