Dylan Colucci is a Senior Associate on Stable Rock's Tax Services & Strategy team with over five years of public accounting experience. He specializes in tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Dylan held tax roles at Sasserath & Co. and KSM, where he was a member of their tax services practices. Earlier in his career, he developed a strong technical foundation at Janover LLC, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of tax matters.

Dylan has extensive experience in federal, state, and local tax compliance, including sales and payroll tax, and the preparation of Forms 1065, 1120, and 1120-S. He regularly serves as the primary point of contact for clients across a wide range of industries, providing practical, detail-oriented guidance and support.

Dylan holds both a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Molloy University.
