Professional Background

Darren Schulman is a Managing Director on Stable Rock's Accounting & CFO Services team with more than 35 years of experience leading financial institutions, fintech firms, and professional service organizations. He has a proven record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and guiding strategic transformation across domestic and international markets. At Stable Rock, Darren helps lead the Client Accounting Services (CAS) function, drawing on his extensive leadership experience to help companies navigate the complexities of growth and financial management in today's evolving business environment.

Before joining Stable Rock in 2023, Darren held senior leadership roles at Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs, 6th Avenue Capital, Capify, MRS Associates, and CBC Bank. He has served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer across sectors including financial services, fintech, and business process outsourcing. Darren is recognized for scaling global operations, launching innovative financial products, and delivering sustainable profitability while establishing strong governance and compliance frameworks.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.

Rock-Solid Outside Of Work

Outside of work, Darren is actively involved in his community. He is a former President of Temple Emanu-El in Westfield, NJ, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Morris Museum in Morristown, NJ. A passionate traveler, he has explored more than 54 countries around the world.
