Candela Campos is an Operations Manager on Stable Rock’s Insurance Agency Services team with 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in optimizing daily operations, organizational efficiency, strategic process enhancement, and translating complex performance metrics into actionable growth strategies.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Candela spent nearly 14 years at La Caja de Ahorro y Seguros, a Generali Company, a top global carrier serving nearly 1 million customers in Argentina. Throughout her tenure, she held progressive leadership roles including Performance & Monitoring Coordinator, Distribution Experience Executive, and Sales Force Training & Development Lead.

A defining highlight of her career was being selected as one of only 38 worldwide Brand and Strategy Ambassadors for the Generali Insurance Group in 2018. Serving as the sole representative for the Americas, she collaborated directly with the CEO, Directors, and the Communications, Strategy, and HR departments to champion and cascade the group’s global strategy at both local and international levels.

Candela has extensive experience with workflow architecture and SOP development; data-driven reporting and performance management; large-scale onboarding, training, and leadership development (including training initiatives for over 500 direct agents); multi-channel communication strategies; and rigorous operational quality compliance.

Candela holds a degree as a Professional Event Planner, alongside certifications in Digital Marketing and as a Physical Education Teacher. These qualifications reflect her versatile expertise in organizational coordination, strategic communication, and team engagement, matching her dynamic approach to operational management.

Rock-Solid Outside of Work

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Candela enjoys taking her three children to rugby and field hockey and playing tennis with her husband; as well as spending time with family and friends.
