Professional Background

Boris Onefater is a Co-Founder and Principal of Stable Rock Solutions with more than 35 years of experience in the investment management and professional services industries. He specializes in risk management, operations, technology, valuations, controls assurance, due diligence, business process outsourcing, accounting, finance, and dispute resolution consulting for investment managers and their stakeholders, including fund administrators, prime brokers, and investors. His expertise spans both alternative and traditional asset managers.

Prior to founding Stable Rock, Boris served as Chairman of Global Outsourced Services at a major administrator and was previously the CEO and Managing Partner of Constellation Advisers, LLC, which he co-founded. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner and National Director at a Big Four professional services firm and held senior executive roles including CEO, COO, and CFO of a $19 billion investment management firm. He has also served as Chairman of a proprietary mutual fund family, CFO of a hedge fund complex, and Vice President overseeing mutual fund accounting and administration at a large international investment bank.
