Professional Background

Amrit Singh is a Manager on Stable Rock's Accounting & CFO Services team with more than 13 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in supporting startups and growing businesses by managing day-to-day accounting operations and delivering timely, decision-ready financial insights. Throughout his career, Amrit has led the preparation and review of month-end closes, overseen AR/AP processes, and produced monthly financial statements, budgets, and related reporting. He frequently serves as the primary point of contact for clients, helping translate financial results into clear action items while ensuring alignment with GAAP requirements.

Prior to joining Stable Rock, Amrit held roles where he supported financial accounting management activities such as improving close processes, strengthening internal controls, building and monitoring cash flow forecasts, developing KPI dashboards, and partnering with founders and leadership teams on budgeting, variance analysis, and operational planning. He's passionate about leadership and professional development, and he enjoys mentoring junior team members to help them grow their technical and client-service skills.

Amrit holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berkeley College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Queens College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
