Professional Background

Alexander Rogers is Managing Director of Stable Rock’s Middle Office and Operations team, bringing over 20 years of experience in hedge fund and start-up operations. He specializes in trade operations, risk, settlement, due diligence, and managing complex multi-strategy portfolios across asset classes.

Alexander has led end-to-end operational buildouts for both funds and technology startups, overseeing onboarding, treasury, vendor and counterparty relationships, legal coordination, and investor communications. He has extensive experience scaling infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.

Prior to Stable Rock, he was a founding operations partner at Red Cell Partners, a venture firm focused on AI/ML companies in national security, cybersecurity, and healthcare. Earlier in his career, he held senior operations roles at JMB Capital Partners and Arts & Sciences Investment Management and began in hedge funds at GAM in New York.

He holds a B.A. in History from Colorado State University and began his career at Morgan Stanley. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic.

Rock-Solid Outside Of Work

Born in Massachusetts and raised on Long Island, Alexander now resides in Los Angeles, where he enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, entertaining, and spending time with his Airedale Terrier.
