This venture culminated in its successful sale to a private equity firm and, subsequently, to a strategic buyer, delivering significant value to all involved.

Boris has been a guiding force for numerous public and private entities as a strategic advisor and Board Member. He earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from NYU and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Additionally, he cofounded the Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA).

Greg’s experience in outsourcing and business infrastructure spans a 22+ year management consulting career. Greg co-founded Constellation Advisers LLC, a global firm with 120+ professionals serving 500 clients. His leadership prowess is evident in his recent venture, Constellation Advisers LLC, which saw a remarkable 30%+ annual growth. This venture recently culminated in a significant exit benefiting partners and investors alike. Greg's expertise encompasses business outsourcing, due diligence, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial infrastructure.

Before this, he was a key member in the Investment Management Consulting Department at Deloitte. As a dedicated board member, Greg emphasizes governance and infrastructure in various organizations.
